Working arrangements: Full Time Requirement: Initially 3 days onsite 2 days WFH, standard 8 hours per day, and 40 hours per week in total, with a view to work towards a 4 day WFH and 1 day onsite arrangement. Flexible Working Arrangements (including remote working arrangements) and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Salary: $71,040 - $78,720 + super + generous performance based bonuses

Position Overview

CYOS Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple disciplines, with a focus on technical roles in the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates at various levels.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative approaches as appropriate.
Represent CYOS Solutions at industry events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
